The $1 coupon was there
On edit: I was able to do it 8 hours later. The "Shipping" box was available when I checked again, unlike Sunday afternoon. I chose "Shipping," added the items to the cart, then after going to Checkout I was able to change to "Free Ship to Store."
BTW, I used PayPal through my Chase Freedom card for an extra 5% off.
