And when buying a case for your power supply, getting some minimal heatsinks and/or fans is another nice to have.
As noted by another poster, the HDMI cable is uncommon enough that if you don't already have a couple laying about their value alone could easily justify such a bundle.
That leaves the controller alongside that screwdriver as something that likely no one would buy at most any price.
