I am also in the same unenvious position of splitting charge over 3 Amex credit cards banking on $360 back. I will wait a little longer but probably end up cancelling.

I went on chat and asked why there was a delay. They said the processors where backordered and offered me a $150 credit without even asking.

Thanks for this info. I just went on chat and asked about the delay and they initially offered $80 but I told them about the Amex offer and they raised it to $120. I'm no longer canceling the order and will wait for it to come in now that I have the discount.

Which chat support did you try? Sales / Order Modification Team / and Customer Care all didn't seem to give a crap and just told me I could cancel without anything further.

I went to the order page and then customer care chat from there. The first chat agent I talked to told me to call Order Modification. They ended up hanging up on me so I tried the chat agent again the same way. I asked why it was delayed and if I could get a credit as compensation for the huge delay. That ended up working out so try to replicate that.
