Bought one of these about a year ago. Sound stopped working after about 3 months. I got a soundbar and is has been fine with an occasional problem with connecting. Overall, I'm not recommending the brand and I tell myself I should have spent some extra money and got a better, more reliable, brand.

Rebate is always based on purchase date. Plus, you can just show them the receipt with order date from email or account order page. I think delivery date is on a separate email

I think Costco ended the rebate with Hisense on 9/23 and supposedly Hisense will not honor anything purchased after that date. Some people posted the Hisense reps confirming this information. You can still try and see what happens though. You'll have to select "Other" for place of purchase on the rebate page.
