IDK if the $20 maximum discount applies per each credit card or for the overall flash promotion - but if you have two Chase credit cards you could theoretically get $200 of Uber credits for either $160 (2 x $90 minus $20) or possibly $144 ($90 x 80% = $72 x 2).
