Thank OP got for my son who is requesting cards for Christmas. I also found Card Binder for Pokemon Cards, Card Holder with 50 Removable Sheets Holds 400 Cards, Trading Card Binder for Card Collector Album Storage Book Folder-Toys Gifts for Boys Girls https://a.co/d/04S76yW this case to hold cards for $3.68 after you clip the $7 coupon
Thanks, seems like a cheap binder but for $3 it's a good deal for my kid to store their cards.

Per account it would seem. I tried placing a second and got "Limit 1 per customer on this product, total, and you've already hit the limit. Please remove it from your cart"

I purchased 3 booster boxes off amazon and they all came resealed. On top of this, Amazon isn't allowing a return / refund, Currently dealing with bank and chargeback. Was shipped and sold by Amazon as well. Beware, shady business.

Is the Sams Club heavy hitters box for $40 a better deal?
This deal would be cheaper per pack than heavy hitters, but I would prefer the heavy hitters box, which has 14 packs (memory serves 4 astral, 4 fusion, a couple brilliant, a couple evolving), 2 v's and 2 holo rares and a jumbo. If they ever mark it down I would be all over that.

Totally agree. Ordered plenty of stuff from woot before. Most deals seem like Amazon returns. I didn't mind and I had got some great kitchen appliances. But the chances of getting Amazon returns booster packs are high so I'm sitting out on this one. Still a great deal for the kiddos though, but don't expect rare card.

Chy na. But seriously, 75% of the world's supply of Pokemon cards come from Morrisville, North Carolina. I find it incredibly suspect these are all from China. Especially since they recently uploaded a video of how the cards are made and showed the American factories

Since Woot deals in returns and closeouts, my guess is that Woot got these in a bulk return lot. Because these are likely returned items, there's a very high chance that a scammer bought them, carefully opened the packs, removed the rare and valuable cards, replaced them with junk and then resealed the packages.

This is a very common scam and unless you can implicitly trust the seller and their source, you should steer far clear.

You literally can't even trust Amazon. They run this scam on Amazon all the time. They buy the boosters, pull the rares and then reseal and reshrinkwrap and return. Then Amazon gets the return, sees it is still sealed so it goes right back on the shelf for the next person to buy. So even when you buy brand new, sold and shipped by Amazon, you could be (and often are) buying a used, resealed item.

And that's Amazon where there's a chance you might get a new one. On Woot the chances are practically zero.

These seem to be retail $9.99 and selling overpriced elsewhere including Amazon. For for $5 or less a pack, seems decent. But this is based on my little knowledge and quick search, so don't quote me on it.
The jumbo cards are limited edition. The first partner packs have different booster packs. The booster packs in Kalos are worth about $8 USD. Most of the others are worth less.

Nice! Hope they're not re-sealed.

I bought this earlier from Woot. They were sealed inventory. These would also be a pain in the butt to reseal since its two boosters and then the jumbo pack. It's not really worth doing for the booster packs in question (see below).

Six packs (or twelve) and not cards. Each pack contains:

- Three Jumbo Cards: Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie
- One Booster Pack: Sword & Shield - Battle Styles - $3 USD
- One Booster Pack: Sun & Moon - Base Set - $5 USD

These are 100% worth it. Battle Styles is a mediocre set, but it's still fun to open the boosters. The value here is amazing.

Good for you! My mom did the same and my cards have lasted 25 years. As a little tip I would also suggest grabbing a pack of penny sleeves. They are very cheap and it'll help your shiny cards from getting scratched sliding in and out of the binder. Just an extra layer of protection.

As a triple bonus if you wanted to learn about "alt art" cards, those can be worth triple digit numbers. Not saying you should take them away or anything that extreme but learning to identity them can help make sure they get extra care. They are easy to identify and I was always hyped when my mom took interest in my collecting hobbies too.

Do most people nowadays play these as a game or just collect like baseball cards?
