If you have a family of 5 and all have computers and phones, thats 10 right there. Share with your relatives. Cheaper than the 3, 5 , 10 user version anyway.

All Norton products are like that. Just cancel auto renew once installed.

So, we able to just buy ten of these now and be set for the next ten years Confused

OMG, I just noticed the attached: "Credit card or PayPal required for activation and use".

This just like XBOX Live Gold membership when they required a credit card -- MS would not let you remove a credit card because they were counting on the 'missed' renewals. The only way out was to have the CC expire. (it is changed now, of course).

Did you have to activate immediately or can wait until current subscription runs out?

Note - We could add to current subscription for only "like products". Since I have 10 devices license, I cannot add it to my current license (which expires in Jun-2023).

Stop over-reacting on trivial stuff. Buy 5 or 10 keys, whichever you prefer. Chat with CSR and tell him/her you have multiple keys and want to add the keys to existing or new sub. He will tell you to activate each keys yourself, then he will combine them all for you. Once everything is done, go to your account to turn off auto-renewal and remove CC. That is it. It's not end of world.

Ya I'm scratching my head as to why people even need this? Windows Defender is good enough for 99% of the time. If you do have an issue, I'd much rather use one of the vetted and solid open source alternatives rather than rely on Norton.

With that said good antivirus/malware comes down to the user. Stay on the path and don't mess around in shady internet back alleys.

How is this compare to McAfee? I've been using McAfee forward two years now is this better than McAfee?

The latter per a Q&A with a Norton rep on the Amazon listing here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VGCN1K2
