Basic Costco membership gets 0% statement credit.
Executive Membership gets 2% back. However, depending on when you buy it, you may have to wait from 1 to 12 months to get it. It's a Costco gift card. Not a check. The Executive Card membership costs twice as much, about $ 120 a year. Since it's a gift card, its actually worth less than 2%, since you would have otherwise charged added purchases, and received 2% on those.
The Costco Citi Card is another 2%, if you have one. That's also once a year, and you lose it if you cancel your Costco membership.

I see, so Costco members get a 4% statement credit back. That's a good incentive then.
To answer your question, yes, AppleCare+ is included for a second year if you continue your TotalTech membership. I'll continue my membership for a second year because of multiple purchase made in the past year for myself, parents and in-laws—it's worth it TO ME for a second year.
Apple Watch Series 7 45mm GPS Midnight Case with Midnight Sport Band….today $299
I returned a series 6 with cellular that I got for $269 because it was depreciating to fast.
Also do a little research on the health monitor functions ….fairy dust .
I actually misread and thought you meant this black friday, but yes any tech after a year will depreciate. Thats common sense especially when newer models come out. Thats like saying just buy the older model because it will be cheaper

I thought maybe you did but I let it slide….. The thing is you can get a different Chinese Watch for less than a 1/10 the price that will do 80% of the same function and you only have to charge it 3 times a month.
Window's users call me an Apple Fan Boy and I'm typing this on an Ipad Pro.
but Apple Products are over priced when first released.

The Executive Membership 2% back is in the form of a check, not gift card (I just got mine last month). Just cashed it last week at Costco.

I just can't get myself to purchase another Apple Watch. I have series 4 stainless steel cellular version which I got it for $400. Probably worth less than $150 now. They depreciate too quick and can't justify upgrade. Power to those who can afford.

Lol what kind of value are you expecting? It's not an Omega or Cartier at 1/20th the price. Yours is 4 years old and it's only lost 60%?
This isn't a bad price when you compare it to Garmin's high end, which depreciate the same and don't let you use for iMessage or Find My. It's basically the retail price of the SS version, but a bigger screen and more features. I'm surprised they didn't charge more for it. I was thinking $1,000, but they probably want to stay competitive with Garmin.

I literally thought the same thing. This had to be $1K when introduced. Highly likely they decided to take a little loss of profit to sway more Garmin users away and into the Apple eco-system. My buddy who is hardcore Android and Garmin legitimately is considering switching to Apple just for the watch.
As a Garmin and iPhone user, I really wanted to like the ultra. But after trying it in store, it's just too big and it really felt more like a computer than a watch for me. I may give it another go when a smaller ultra gets announced.

I don't think they are going to sway too many Garmin users until they add fully featured navigation with included maps of the entire world like my Garmin Fenix 7X Sapphire Solar (which BTW I got with 20% coupon on the release day, so same price as Apple).
Now a fully featured dive computer (though not air integrated) is something that makes me interested in this apple watch. And satellite communication support makes me interested in iPhone 14. And stupid Samsung gutting S22 Ultra (and S21) - no SD card, no 3.5mm plug, no charger in the box - makes me wanna switch to iPhone just to stick it to Samsung. But I'm not a Mac user...
