I cannot comment on the drill because I've never used an atomic drill- usually I want the larger drill if I need a drill, but I'm sure this one will do just fine for beginner tasks- I doubt you'll want to do a ton of hammer-drilling into concrete with it, but it is in the name. I will tell you the battery won't last long if that's your intent.
Speaking of the batteries- the charger is their standard charger, no fast charging. With batteries this size, you have no need for a fast charger- I guarantee they will charge from 0 to full in an hour or two. Don't expect them to last all day at a construction site though, either. Note these batteries do NOT have the push indicator showing the charge level. These black ones are the only ones I've ran across that don't have that.
Error was that they don't take Discover, charge was approved by CC but site would not let the sale go through. Crazy

maybe 2 of DCB201 1.5Ah batteries, maybe 1.3Ah batteries. I'm not seeing consistent battery callouts for this kit, and Dewalt's website is often the least accurate source of information.
