I always get sad when people diminish other people's interest/hobbies.

Italian brand. I've gotten two of these over the last month (medium nib) as gifts. They do write very nice compared to the much cheaper Lamy fountain pens. They have a nice heft to them.

And for those of you going about "who writes anymore" or "ball point pens are superior"... you're not wrong. But there's a neat analog feel about using fountain pens and ink to paper that you don't get from typing on a keyboard...

Comes with a refillable cartridge "converter", couple vials of ink, warranty card. I've not been able to find a "Made in Italy" stamp on these.

Used to love writing with fountain pen back when I was in high school and college. Now a days I don't even write on paper for most part - just typing away on a keyboard….
But if the person you are getting this for likes writing, this is a great gift!

Don't be! There is just too much shittiness in this world to be sad over it and rather fight it or move on.

That said, I honestly don't understand people that feels the need to do that. Like how much lack of self awareness must one have to not realize we all have different things we are interested in, and that some will always feel like it isn't for them.
