EDIT - My info was wrong, leaving it below so others can see my mistake. These are classic titles, and Bethesda/MS might be nickel and diming us by making you pay for individual DLC. I'll sacrifice my $5 tonight after work and see if the ultimate edition (possibly PC only) is playable on Xbox.

Thanks I have Gamepass and New Vegas was the only fallout I actually finished and enjoyed (I didn't go far in 3 or 4) so the ultimate edition with all the DLC and game for $5 is a steal especially when the GameStop $5 monthly certificate makes it free.

Fallout: New Vegas is a really great game. Of the modern Fallout games, it's the only one I've felt the need to play more than once.

It's worth mentioning that all of these are on Game Pass. It's also worth mentioning that most of these play better on PC, especially if you're willing to use a few mods.

I originally played it on PC but now my PC is 8 years old and constantly giving BSOD and now that I have a Series X I can replay it on upscaled 4K without worrying about BSOD and have all the DLC since Gamepass doesn't include the DLC. and I can still play on on PC through Microsoft store but pretty sure without the mods.

so getting it through Microsoft store is better for being able to play on both PC and Xbox unless the player doesn't have Xbox.

Only newer first party games work with XBox Play Anywhere (i.e. you buy the XBox version and the PC version is included too). I'm pretty sure this listing is only going to work on the XBox version.

If you don't have a computer that will reliably stay on, then absolutely the PC version isn't the right one for you. I'd guess that most people have a computer that can run this 12 year old game.

Xbox.com is running a sale on my favorite games of all time.

OP should add FONV UE to the original list. It is a much better deal than the base game for $1.25 more.

it works on both PC and Xbox it says it on the link you posted that's it's compatible with PC and it is the Xbox version since it's Xbox.com the reason is because the ultimate edition was released in June 2021 so it must have Xbox play anywhere. the reviews also state they were able to play on Xbox aswell and the negative reviews are just because the extra install size due to installation every language when compared to the smaller install size on steam.

More like remove the base game and pricing from the title, add the ultimate edition and it's $5 price and just add the base game as an option for someone who doesn't want the dlc.
