You will have to manually enroll for many of the promotions through Amex Offers. There are dates and places you can score discounts and credits using your Amex card throughout Member Week.

No. Go to your account => Offers => add. Only then, you will get the credit as long as you charge on or before the expiration Daye given on "added" offer tab.

I was nervous that the transaction would show as *PAYPAL* Transaction #blahblahblah so I just purchased as a “Guest” which triggered the offer.

I'm looking for another SSD for my desktop PC. I want 1-2TB and could go with either NVME or 2.5". Dell has:
$110 [dell.com] WD Blue SN570 NVMe SSD WDS100T3B0C - SSD - 1 TB = $80 [bestbuy.com] at BestBuy, so $20 savings, or 25% off.
$125 [dell.com] Samsung 870 QVO MZ-77Q1T0B 1 TB = $90 [amazon.com] at Amazon, so $15 savings, or 17% off
$135 [dell.com] WD Red SA500 NAS SATA SSD WDS100T1R0B - 1 TB - M.2 = $100 [bestbuy.com] at BestBuy, so $15 savings, or 15% off

When do you have until to spend the Dell $? Already used this half-years $200 Dell Amex Plat credit, but would be amazing if you can stack with that plus there's a 10% off amex offer floating around too.

Tuesday, Oct 11. — Dining
Starting Oct. 11, American Express cardholders can enroll to get a $25 statement credit after spending $75 or more at more than 200 Resy restaurants across the country. The $25 statement credit offer will be available to use twice by Dec. 8, 2022, giving a total value of $50.
Additionally, cardholders will have exclusive access to book reservations at 20 popular Resy restaurants across the U.S. for one night only – Nov. 1st.

Wednesday, Oct. 12 — Entertainment
On Oct. 12, American Express will host a benefit concert featuring Jack Harlow at Brooklyn Steel in New York City. Tickets will be available to cardholders beginning Oct. 9 at 11 a.m. EST and cost $10 each, with the proceeds of the ticket price, plus an additional $10 for every ticket sold going to the Red Cross Louisville Area Chapter. Fans unable to attend in-person can tune in live on Twitch.
In addition, from Oct. 10 through Oct. 14, cardholders will have the opportunity to purchase passes to both weekends of the 2023 Coachella Music Festival.

This is exactly what I was wondering. Hopefully the terms will make it clear. I've been eyeballing sales to see if there was a use for that $120 cashback at Dell before it expires; another $50 will have me combing the website. Fingers crossed a cashback site gets in on the deals, too. I think I got around $200 back one year from a Dell purchase between Amex and one of the cashback shopping sites.
