1. Dexley is bigger than Hyken. Depending on your size, one may be preferable over the other.
2. I have two Dexley chairs for 3 years. The bottom part of one of the chairs was broken, and it was replaced free of charge, after a phone call.
3. I reversed the armrest assembly of Dexley, the setup provides an additional support at the elbow area, and I can sit closer to the desk.
4. One slight negative, there is a slight play (about 5-10 degree) even though tilt lock is fully engaged on both of my Dexley chairs.
5. Beside these, no issues so far. Pretty comfortable WFH for the last a couple years.
These chairs were also sub $100 the BF before covid. Normally around $140. MSRP is artificially inflated to appear like a deal. $160 after fees? Get wrecked.

I bought the WorkPro and I'm in a lot of pain in my upper back. I assumed it's because of years of terrible posture, but I've given it a month and I can't sit for more than a half hour.
Would love to hear your thoughts/opinions on this chair!
But not everyone can afford that, and unfortunately that's not the chair on sale.

1. The cushion in the front of the seat becomes loose and I have to push it back into place (like once a week).
2. The armrests have gotten a bit wobbly over the years.
Would I get another? Probably.

I wish I had more to spend on a Hermann Miller but reality dictates...
That said, I've had this chair for over year, no issues. It was a little too short for my taste, but a replacement cylinder from Amazon gave it a couple extra inches, making it perfect.
oh, I also swapped out the wheels for a $18 set of roller blade style wheels on Amazon. Rolls smooth as silk.
