The other deal with the shop towels is better because you can cancel the towels and get the money back from them. Not only that, but the towels are billed separately absurdly high. They are billing at like $14.xx or so per towel. That means you get the jug of oil for like 6.xx per jug. That's before any rebate.

Say what? There is no such thing. None of what you said make any sense and that "general rule" is not in any book. Use the oil weight recommended by your vehicle's manufacturer.

I filed two submissions yesterday. They didn't show up on the tracking site right away, but I see them as "in process" today.
