FYI If you cancel your Panera sip club, your benefits expire by the end of the first month-long billing period (Nov 3 if you sign up today) instead of at the end of the four-month promo.

It "looks like" there are no charges for those 6 months. But I always read about how difficult it is to cancel. I may try it. Has anyone signed and tried it? I think it's called the Platinum and renews at $10.99 month. I doubt that's normal, but I think that's what I read.

I've had Sirius off and on for a decade. Yes, it's harder to cancel than some business that lets you just do it online by clicking a box. It is not some horrendous undertaking. It's actually a bigger hassle if you want to haggle to renew at a discounted price.

They have a chat option thru their website or you can call them. If you're dubious, use a virtual credit card number when you set up the account.

Thanks. I'm not positive a virtual credit card will work in this case. I think, you have to sign up with/through AMEX with an AMEX credit card. Sounds like it anyway. Thanks for the info.

Last time I signed up for sirius at $5 with echo dot, I didn't cancel but paid with gift card. They SENT ME INVOICE OF UNPAID PAYMENT AT MY ADDRESS. I was like, wth is this. Wasn't it prepaid service? I paid the balance of $11 ish they sent me invoice of and dared to never check sirius ever again
