Is it worth thinking about? Do you make airline choices based on speculation on pilot training while flying domestically in the US?
If I had to speculate, I'd imagine that ROK has higher per capita number air force pilots than the US and that percentage would flow into the pool of commercial pilots upon discharge maintaining a highly trained pool of pilots. not knowing anything about air force pilot training in ROK, US or anywhere else (everything I know about training pilots, i learned in the top gun movies) i'd imagine they are better trained and have more experience than commercial aviation school.
what i think more about is why there are so many more fares to Europe in the $300-$600 RT compared to $1100+ RT to Japan or Korea more frequently.

They already have LLC airline in Korea and start to fly between US and Korea starting end of this month. They offer wider leg room for the economy seat and a premium seat with leg support. The price is very reasonable since the flight ticket price is crazy during the holiday season

It isn't baseless. Foreign students who come through FAA training sites in the U.S. are often not great. This is firsthand knowledge. A cheap airline may skimp on pay and not recruit the best talent. These aren't opinions. The latter is of course conjecture. As an example of cost cutting, while of course there are laws and regulations for the minimal amount of maintenance airlines perform, again using firsthand knowledge, if you think low cost U.S. airlines maintain their jets as much or as well as larger ones do, not all do, and you are kidding yourself. There are domestic airlines our own government FAA employees will not fly. The same reasoning can be applied to foreign ones. The question is if it's valid, which I cannot answer.
It's worth thinking about, my only point. I don't know jack about this airline or maintenance standards in other countries.

To be sure. Have seen lots of Europe for that reason!
I have had more spontaneous trips to Europe because fares are far lower. Flew to Paris-SFO for $276 in 2016, London-LA for $478 in 2019. I've never flown to Korea or Japan for less than $1400.
In considering where I fly or which airline, consideration of pilot experience has not been top of mind.

This airline just fly from ICN to LAX , vice verse. Maybe ICN to SFO in the future.
