Check the YouTube reviews. I prefer Pixel phones over iPhones because of camera and software and better voice recognition... and always on display among other things.

Actually think of the pixel as the iPhone of the Android market. At this point both iphone and pixel have copied enough features from each other that there is no longer any distinction between the two. If you want to switch to Android from iOS pixel would be your best option.

In many ways it's much better, especially if you like to use the Google platform. I used to use iPhones, and was an early adopter going back to the first and second iPhones. I have since had the pixel 2, 3, 4a5G, 5, and am about to get the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro for my wife and I. Phone responsiveness is on par with iPhone. Screen res is on par also. Photo is better than iPhone IMO, especially with the Photo app, and I'm a photographer. Immediate web searches with Google is the best. Maps/Navigation is WAY better than Apple, and if you use Google Assistant for automation, it's a no-brainer. Those are the main things I use my phone for and I would choose the Pixel every time. More importantly, you are not locked into a proprietary system like Apple.

You have to sign up for the 2tb plan which is $9.99 a month. Keep it for two months basically because you have to keep a sub when the money back is issued as well.

The credit can only be used for hardware from the Google store.

So you get a better cleaner flavor of android over Samsung. Other than that it is very similar to an S22.

that's actually quite good for p6 that was priced $599 ->$160 depreciation over 1 year is awesome
Trade in values for Pixel 6 series towards Pixel 7 Series
Pixel 6 128 GB - $440
Pixel 6 Pro 128GB - $480
These values are not great particularly for Pro, compared to what Samsung offers to their previous gen.
Pixel 6 pro should have at least get $600 trade in value.

Android 13 fixed most of the issues. I'm not having any of my previous complaint on 6A which I had with 6 pro last year and had to sell it. I think they iron out most issue since Pixel 6 was a first generation model with Tensor Chip

I guess if you have Google 1 (10%) and stacking with the $100/$200 store credit for the pre-order it makes it a little more enticing. Presumably you can use that credit for black friday deals or whatnot. I have an iPhone 12 mini they will give me $420 for and had some credit in my account from a Pixel 6a purchase a month or so ago - so I am out of pocket like $175 and am getting about $160 in credits for the future. Its not great, but I may pull the trigger as these Apple mini devices are losing value quicker than their larger counterparts.
