Pixel 6 128 GB - $440
Pixel 6 Pro 128GB - $480
These values are not great particularly for Pro, compared to what Samsung offers to their previous gen.

Pixel 7 for $59? Please and thank you
If i go thru best buy I'd be doing the trade in at store option and not sure what would happen if I'm dissatisfied with pixel 7pro. Lose my s22 and possibly owe a restocking fee to best buy??
Is it recommended to check the box that says "Accept new value if it changes after inspection..."

I'd like to have the store credit for the pixel watch, plus I have Google One. But, I can't figure out the best way to go about it. It seems the best route at the moment is to trade in the 3 XL and get the $275, then find a way to transfer the new phone onto my account. Any advice welcomed.

Just trade in the 3XL. That's a great trade in offer. I just gave mine to my dad or else I would have used it as well.
Not a bad deal at all.
I'm personally on an S10. If it was not for weak battery, I would not look into upgrading. But, I got a Pixel 6 for $200 last week so Pixel 7 for $60 extra might make sense (after trade in), mostly for 1 extra year of upgrades and, hopefully, resolved bugs with reception and fingerprint sensor on Pixel 6
