Trade in values for Pixel 6 series towards Pixel 7 Series
Pixel 6 128 GB - $440
Pixel 6 Pro 128GB - $480
These values are not great particularly for Pro, compared to what Samsung offers to their previous gen.

Pixel 6 pro should have at least get $600 trade in value.

I keep trying to move away from Pixels when good deals happen, switched to an LG once, Samsung a couple of times. Hardware isn't always as good as say Samsung , but I just can't get past the quality of life stuff in the Pixel experience. The call screening. The transcribing of messages and voice mail etc. The single sign on experience opposite of Samsung that keeps wanting you to sign into a Samsung account but then you still have stuff tied to Google etc.

Just can't beat the Pixel experience, not to mention the software magic they pull of with the Camera etc. I keep trying to convince myself something else will be better but it just isn't.
Ever since I switched from Motorola to Samsung (the Note Series) been happy with it however I am kind of getting fed up with Samsung really uping the prices so much.

The Pixel pro 7 is $150 less than S22 Ultra (seems Samsung tried to make the price lower to compete). I honestly would of jumped on the Pixel Pro 7 if I would of still had my Note 20 ultra. Especially giving me $530 I would pay $370 along with the bonus credit Google is giving of $200 would of jumped to Google and given it a go.

Wife currently has a Pixel 3 that is dying, but is still in perfect condition. I've got a Pixel 6 that I had to get in January because my Pixel 3 bricked in EDL mode.

Considering the following:
-599 = purchase Pixel 7 for wife
+247 = trade in of her pixel 3
+100 = credit from Google Store
-599 = Pixel 7 for me
+440 = trade in for my Pixel 6
------------------------------------------
-411 (plus tax) for 2x Pixel 7.

Basically she gets a Pixel 7 now and when her credit hits she buys the second Pixel 7 using the credit and my phone as a trade in. This does assume that the trade in for my Pixel 6 stays constant to when her phone ships
Luckily, I saw your post about your wife's Pixel 3 trade-in value. When I looked it up on the 6th, it said the Pixel 3 wasn't accepted for trade-in (Best Buy was only offering $15 for it). My Pixel 3 is still in good condition, so I should get the $247 out of it. Now I just need to find something to spend the $100 credit on.

Does anyone recall the Pixel 6 BF deals last year? I'm considering rolling the dice and seeing what the BF deals are for the 7.

Google store trade in offers are amazing. Bought a pixel 6A 2weeks back with a $395 trade in offer for an iPhone 8…$395 for a freakin iPhone 8.

This week bought the 7pro with $295 trade in for a 4 year old Samsung s10e, that's amazing deal in my opinion especially stacking the $200 credit, 10% google one benefit and the 4% cash back portal.

+ I applied for an Amex Delta card 70k miles for $3k spend and got approved, bought the phone with a virtual card number that was generated for immediate use.
Is there any part of you that wonders how you will adjust from such a pocketable phone to such a chunker? S10E owner here and on the fence even with the Pixel 7.

Not seeing any valid reason to upgrade to 7pro from 6pro. Anyone else?

Future trade-in value. You're basically paying $100+tax as an insurance policy for snagging a better deal with higher TIV later.

I'm a pixel 5 owner. Where can I get some of this Kool-Aid that you're drinking.

5 is same as 4 cam I have p4xl and at the time it was the best cam. Btw p4xl has slightly better zoom then ip14pro but p6pro is a big big step up and I love zoom and taking pics of the moon and marathons. Zoom is king for both. P7pro zoom is continuous like an SLR and it is like 12x optical zoom will be so great for marathons since it is continuous Google has the capabilities to zoom into Jupiter but they didn't just put it there this year which is such a shame

Hmmm...this deal for the 7 Pro with a $490 (S21) trade-in credit and $290 store credit, or Best Buy with a $460 trade-in credit and a $200 store credit? I'm struggling to see what I would buy at the Google store. What do you all plan to buy with the credit?

Very slick unless the phone turns out to be complete trash. I'm willing to pay a $45 restock fee to Best Buy to find out.

I will make about $20 on this deal by trading in a iPhone 12 mini for a Pixel 7.
$510 in trade-in value plus a $100 gift card.

Done with iPhone after they removed the SIM card and replaced it with a piece of plastic but offered the SIM on all international models. I know everything is going eSIM eventually, but its just petty of Apple.

And still no USB-C on iPhone, disappointing.

Can I buy a Pixel 7 unlocked from Google and use on Verizon instead of paying the extra $100 for a Verizon Pixel 7 with mwave capability which Verizon does not have in my area yet?
Will Verizon let it in their system?
