I can tell the remote on this TV definitely has a mic. I'd check the mic placement as merely swapping the remote can be a really easy fix.
If this one is also on a Lightening Deal, then you have to be ready. The LD that I bought mine from did not last five minutes before it sold out. I was ready, and the moment the LD opened up I dropped it in the shopping cart. As you know, with a Lightening Deal they give you a ticking clock to let you know how long you have to complete the purchase. With a deal like this, don't expect to think about it, let the clock run down, and have another go at it later. You won't have another go.
Even if it's not on a Lightening Deal, do not expect the inventory to last.
