The upcoming Lightening Deal list that you see is not complete (unless the Prime Day is almost over). The list will keep updating and adding more deals all the way until the final couple of hours of the Prime Day. If you really want a particular deal badly, like the OP Fire Omni TV, then you need to keep coming back to the LD list to see what pops in. My hunch is that this TV deal will eventually show up. We just do not know when.
