The vast majority of folks will be better off paying 2-3x less for Tramontina tri-ply, which is also on sale right now. You won't notice any benefit from all clad unless you're a very high level chef. You can get a functionally identical 12" Tramontina fry pan for $20 right now vs. $70+ for All Clad, not factory second, and not final sale. You're paying more for a brand name.

Their flat U shape handle suck too lol. People will say "You just have to use it correctly" but even then the people who use it "correctly" prefer a different design

The 12.5" Tramontina has a smaller cooking surface vs the All Clad 12.5", but for the discount, it's an acceptable tradeoff

I have owned All Clad and I have to say... there are better products out there.
Their handle is something that some like or some hate; i would say i'm the latter. The V-shape handle causes a heavy pan to tilt one way...
The Tri-ply construction is really the winning feature but they've got a lot of competition now. I have a cuisinart set I purchased for 200 or so dollars and it's tri-ply on the walls as well as base. I use induction cooking and it heats as evenly as the more expensive All Clad.
This is just my anecdotal experience, take it for what it is... very subjective.

Remember, these 2nd sales are FINAL, no returns.
If you need a set, Costco has a really nice set and price --- with unlimited return policy.
