Can you load money to the wallet and later use wallet money to pay for a plan.
From nido: "Yes, you will have option show up to pay with wallet to your plan, but you have to have enough balance to pay your plan, if you do not have enough money in your wallet, you may need to call CSR to manually applied to your plan. And after using the wallet, the fees are actually less than you pay with credit card, so even you do not have enough offer to load to the wallet, you are still recommended to load wallet first, then pay with wallet."

The problem for existing customers is that you would need to port out and back in to Mint.

I was hoping it to be $60 for 6 months from BestBuy, plus $240 -45*2=$150 for another 12 months. So total 150+60=210 for 18 months, plus some fee. Does it sound right?

1. First get buy 3 get 3 months 10gb sim plan from BestBuy
2. create mint account and activate 6 months service on new a number
3. submit port-in so the new number changes to number I am porting in
4. load mint Wallet twice one with each AmEx card
5. setup/enqueue 10gb plan for $250 from wallet money to start six months later when BestBuy 6 months service ends
Is there any benefit of port-in or new number and port-in are the same?
Thanks in advance!
