The other deal for $38 was for the basic shaver, which is NimH battery. This model is a Li-Ion battery that has 15 minutes of extra run time, charges in half the amount of time, and will have a longer lifespan than the NimH model. Additionally, this face+body model includes two guards to keep from cutting your jewels with the bare blade. Lastly, this model comes with two blades (one for face and one for jewels).

IMO, The nicer battery is worth the extra spend and the jewel guards are a bonus.

Looking at recent reviews talked me out of it. Looks like it's pretty low quality and won't last you long.

I've been using this razor DAILY for over a year and it's VERY GOOD! One blade lasts me about a month….

Amazon really likes saving our environment by forcing gas polluting vehicles to getting us our product at the lowest price.

I was in the process of checking out on this deal and got a "maintenance in progress" page. Went back, and now instead of "add to cart", there's only "purchase from retailers". It appearts to be dead.

I usually pass on return&rebuy in these situations. Sure, I'm saving 3 bucks but the environmental cost is much more. I decide to eat the smaller cost.
