Just got mine. Box looked opened and trimmer used and repackaged. Home Depot says it comes from Greenworks. They offered me 15% off or an exchange, which they don't have any. The decals look like a 4 year old put them on. All the bags and instructions were retaped. Unreal.

I got one and it was sealed. Sorry for your experience. Guess they are shipping everything they have as the pro 60v line is going exclusive to TSC

They actually took off $15 and I've used it twice. Works great. As powerful as my Echo and lasts about 45 minutes. Gets the job done and cuts well. Wouldn't mind finding another battery. The unit is super light until you add the battery, then it's a bit heavier than a gas powered unit.
