Verizon has announced Page Plus, Net10, and Go Smart are being discontinued and will stop new activation's on 11/1/22.

I got a refurbished iPhone Xr last spring from TF. It didn't unlock after 60 days, I was told that the device was initially activated before 11/23/2021. For devices activated prior to that date the minimum service requirement is 1 year. could not get Cr to budge. In June I traded it (still locked to TF) in for $700 off iPhone 13 Pro max on ATT at Costco without any issues.
Battery health was 100%
Some people mention a bad replacement screen on reconditioned TF iPhones - I didn't notice any issues with screen.
In August I got another reconditioned XR with $50 off promo (6000 TF rewards points) primarily as a backup for kids when they will eventually break their iPhones. The screen felt a little laggy on that one, not sure if this is due to replacement screen. Battery health still 100%

What is the normal lead time for delivery of refurbished phones When you say I assume it is delivered are there scenarios where it will not be delivered

Refurb phones seem to take about a week to receive from them, in general. However, their supply comes in batches and it may sometimes take a few weeks if they run out of stock. Or, the order can occasionally be canceled altogether. Their ordering system can be a bit flaky sometimes.

However, I don't see the XR refurbs on their site any more. They might come back at some point, but you never know.

I got mine delivered after a month after ordering on Feb 14. Can this be used on my existing line and get it unlocked or do I need to activate as new number and extend service for 60 days . Also is it 60 days just one more payment for 30 days or is it 2 more payments for unlock

It only needs to be activated on the network to trigger the unlock. No need for 60 days of service. Also, you can activate it on an existing line to trigger it. I've done that with a couple of phones. (Note that texting "unlock" to 611611 may say the phone is already unlocked if you do it that way, but it still unlocked after 60 days for me.)

Also, check the SIM lock status in settings first if it's a refurb, as a few users have gotten phones that were already unlocked.
