Do not believe anything written about 100% satisfaction or warranty application. I've posted before about a Lane leather recliner that had wear along every seam. Didn't even use the chair much. Costco refused to warranty at 3 yrs because they did it carry that item anymore ( change names/numbers). I then learned Lane didn't cover it either because if you look at the tag it's really made by a 3rd party in Vietnam. I could get anyone to answer the phone. So with leather warts it's ymmv.

Delivery, setup and packaging removal included. Setup is in accordance with manufacturing guidelines so product is ready for intended use.

So I'm assuming the vendor would deliver, assemble/setup in the room of our choice.

Just got the sofa and love seat. Observations....looks nice, color is what we wanted. The back is kind of low, so not something you are going to lean back in to. What is likely going to get it returned...the seat depth is maybe 2 inches deeper than either of two couches and two recliners we have now. The result is our feet don't touch the floor when sitting as it is so deep. (me 5'8, wife 5'3) Maybe that extra deep seat would work great for a 5'11 or more person, but you just can't get your back in to the seat back and your knees at the right place at the edge of the seat. Hope that makes sense. Just an awkward setup. Within 1 day of delivery we set up the return, the cancelled...will see how it goes. The only solution right now is putting a pillow behind your back, but should you have to compromise on a new couch? This...the risk of ordering furniture online.

Assembled and set-up where you want it, boxes removed...unless maybe you live on a third level or something. It's basically 'white glove'. Costco's furniture delivery ( and other large stuff like appliances, etc. has gotten tremendously better in the last couple months. If you read Costco 'big stuff' reviews over the last few years this has been a major complaint of customers. They have taken this 'in house' at some level and most things now get delivered with 5 days.
