They don't. Hot Deals haven't been a thing in a very long time now. Best you can do is cash out in larger denominations, ie. 91000 points for $100 MS gift card. And remember they expire in 90 days, so don't cash out until you're ready. You'll need 455K of points to cash out for $500 if you do the 91K/$100 MS Gift Cards, then you'd need to cash out more if you want to cover the tax, if applicable.
