Bought 48 C1 1 year ago from buying on eBay for 1099 - 100 rebate. It wasn't the best deal if I waited just another month or 2.

Want a 42" to add to my set-up... Do I wait? I think so. Anyone thinks $700 is on horizon?

Amazon has it for the same price [amazon.com] right now with 10% back on Amazon Prime credit cards. Doesn't give you the extra 4 year accidental warranty but does come out cheaper overall with the $100 cash back.

I think this will go down to $900 or lower during BF/CM. The warranty is excellent, though.

Currently using the Alienware 34 curved OLED. Wish it was a little larger, this seems perfect, don't know if I can go to a flat panel higher res.

If you're in the market for a monitor, the Alienware 34 oled curved has been the best monitor I've used. (LG, G9 Neo, acer predator, multiple dell ultrasharps)
