also, the weight is double on this one
Since these are (as I recall) pictured and described as having leveling legs which screw in and out to adjust the level presumably the bottoms of the legs are tapped for threads so unless they really 'screwed' the design the feet should be able to be replaced with casters.
BUT over the years using various wire shelves I've found:
1: One kind that takes casters with relatively large threaded bolt diameter and tends to also have larger diameter wheels.
2: Another kind with smaller threaded bolt diameter and tends to also have smaller diamter wheels.
3: Some bad shelves don't even have tapped post bottom inserts so no casters can be threaded in.
So what if any kind of casters would this particular shelf take?
Also if anyone knows for certain what's an ideal compatible set of replacement plastic clips for this model shelf? I ask since I've encountered a variety of slightly different clip / post designs over various model shelves over the years to the extent that some supposedly similar clips don't work well or at all with some shelf posts. Of course with the really bad designs the clips that come with the shelf don't even work well with the shelf they come with...
