Why? I use my monitor at 10% brightness for eye comfort. Why do you need 400nit? To burn your eyes?

You probably are better off without speakers on these kinds of monitors. I got a $250 4k monitors with speakers and my laptop sounds way better than the monitor speaker.

The specs looks great and I was about to order this but then I checked the reviews on Amazon and many users report an issue with it going into sleep mode randomly.

I have this monitor. I'm using it with a Mac mini . It does indeed have a problem waking when connected to the DisplayPort. I bought an active DisplayPort HDMI adapter to use the HDMI port instead. The problem is solved. This is a solid monitor for the price. I thought it was a great deal when I bought it for $154 last year.
