I was just looking at a similar model at Best Buy (only difference appears to be DDR4 vs. DDR5 RAM) for $1,161.99 as open box excellent: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/giga...Id=6499104

I decided to pass since the consensus is the graphics are seriously gimped by the 105W max power.

I bit on that one yesterday, the DDR5 isn't that big of a deal to me since it's an easy swap.

The Graphics card will still be faster than a similarly powered 1070 non TI version but you're getting it at 1070 prices. That power rating is standard among laptops, you'll be hard pressed to find one with a higher power rating and it usually means more drain to the battery and more heat for the system.

Do you mean 3070?

Should I just get lower RAM from factory and put my own in afterwards? Is it cheaper that way?

Looking at a Legion with 16 GB of RAM and it's a good deal compared to other Legion offerings on Lenovo's site but I do want 32 just for the future.
