Will I get any benefit switching from a T-mobile (ASUS) router?
I don't have anything Wi-Fi 6 at my place.
Depends what ISP speed package you have, if you have over 500Mbps plans from your ISP you should still see increases in speeds to your devices even if they are not wifi 6 cause of the improvements in antenna technology.

I have a 900 Mpbs DL plan.
And get a average of 500 Mbps on my Nest Wifi.
So my other devices that use 2.4 and 5 ghz should see a increase speed of OVER 500 Mpbs on my Nest Wifi?
Quick question, I want to upgrade the modem that I currently have due to low speeds but I wanted to also know if there's a modem that can hide the i.p address when I use my Xbox in online games? Reason I am asking is because I got myself an Xbox series s and I been reading that when joining voice parties/chats while using the Xbox - the i.p can be pulled/revealed}.

The only way you could avoid that is using a VPN, but that will increase your latency, some. If you are doing party chat (and not local game chat) you can use the Xbox app on your phone to join the party and use a VPN on that, or just use your LTE/5G service to avoid giving your home IP.
That being said, there isn't really much danger in having your IP publicly available.
