Price is for white version. Black available at 799, with free ship.

Up to $50 off shipping for new customers when signing up for rewards. Just about covers basic shipping to Oregon ($51)

Standard price on keyboard alone seems to hover at $799, so this seems like a good shot for the bundle. I'm holding out for a deal on the FP-10 or FRP-1 personally, but would love to have the Bluetooth audio it sounds like this one has.

ooooooo...white version....

This is pretty nice, I recommend getting a z stand since x stands tend to wobble.

This is the pha4 action, it is the same as the fp10 and fp60x.

Fp30x also has line out upgrade vs the old fp30. This is useful for connecting to pro-gear that expects high impedance, low current output.

Supposedly the new BMC chip upgrade makes the fp30x polyphony better and simulation more complex. I would file this under fluffy specs though, it's the same software with a little more cpu horsepower.

The fp30 and 30x works really well for Pianoteq because of the continuous pedal output. the fp10 does not have that. most other vsts don't really use continuous pedal to great effect, so this is a very specific feature. otherwise the fp10 works equally well for vst control.

Should you wait for BF, maybe, it seems like inflation is getting taken care of. it might be lower, who knows.

as someone who has played on an upright acoustic for 15+ years, how does this compare? I'm most concerned with action/feel.

Just FYI the Fp-10 seems to be completely out of production in America since the pandemic. The FRP-1 from Costco is the same thing but with a package stand/bench. So you're paying a bit more for the extras.

I know in the picture it includes the DP-10 pedal, but does anyone know for sure if it is the DP-10 pedal? Cause if I went the route of Costco's Roland Frp for $550 and got the DP-10 pedal separately, that comes out to roughly ~$600-$610 before taxes. For a ~$140/$150 difference with the upgrades that the Fp-30x seems to offer (and better sound quality apparently), I think I may go with this deal. If it doesn't include the DP-10, may have to go with the Costco deal.

The -total- length of the keys. As in, all the way to the pivot point. True for most digital pianos. Obviously there are things like escapement that this model actually has, but the total key length will have the greatest affect on playability. The higher up on the key you play, the more force is needed. This is more pronounced on a digital piano.

But really, go to a shop and try it out. All these ~$1000 Rolands use the same keyboard.

I'm gonna go check out the 90x. I think that's where I'll be most happy.
