As long as you meet the $100 criteria it should work. You can also get 4% Cashback on PayPal. My total was 100.52 with two $5 xbox gift cards instead of the flash drive.

From my experience you can stack deals. Had a double points deal & a $x cash back after spending $y deal stack when I purchased a laptop earlier in the year and I got both.
Some of Dell's third party stuff is expensive for sure. For the Alienware backpack though, it's a relatively new product and they're the only place that carries it.
