3 year I think and a review on amazon said that swiss gear customer service said they don't support as well for purchases through other retailers.

This looks really nice and they make really good backpacks. Definitely get the pro. That top handle alone is worth the extra 25 bucks. Look at that thing.

It's a little too "bulge"y for me. I prefer ones with a flatter back that don't knock everything down when you spin around while wearing it. Nice deal though.
