After I apply the coupon, if I click "Show savings" in the shopping cart page, the "Limited Time Offer: $25 Dell PROMO eGift Card" words are gone and replaced by "Small businesses receive an additional 10% off select PCs, servers, and E&A". This doesn't look good...

Does Dell charge restocking fee or pay return shipping?

On my AMEX it showed up as two statements, $70 for the controller and $30 for the speakers. Is this fine and still eligible for the $50 off offer?
