I've never owned a Traeger but just from the feel of the smoker on display in Costco, i dislike the steel gauge thickness of it. My pit boss feels a lot more sturdier.

Traeger's are great grills. Just bought one for the hubby. Extra 10% back on a certain large cashback site makes for an extra good deal.

Which store did you end up buying it from? How did you get extra 10% cash back?

Q4 category for chase freedom 5% back - I guess it's walmart and Paypal so no need to use paypal. Couldnt remember which and google said paypal with no mention of walmart. But it's both so just use your freedom if you activated it.

Love this thing, it sees regular use and I've owned it for 2 years. Consider third party pellets and other add-ons to save money (the foldable tray this should've came with, and drip trays especially).

I'd stay patient for the camp chef to go on sale again.
