This looks like a pretty good deal for Office 365 Family. You get 12 month plus a $50 Amazon GC for $92.95 which comes to $42.95 after GC for 1 year of Office 365 Family. Seems like a pretty good deal to me.
I'm assuming you can add the 12 months to your account if you already have Office 365 Family as you can with most other Office 365 deals.

Update: getting this seems to move your Office subscription to Amazon which, from my reading, is not recommended. If you already have Office 365 tied to your Amazon, this may be a good deal but if not, it seems like we should stay away.deal to me

I am already currently subscribed through next July (via Microsoft directly) and was hoping I could order this deal and enter the code closer to renewal time.

Amazon doesn't own the account nor do they have access to your data... they are just the partner that sold the activation code and earned the commission and future commission on next auto-renew. You will end up with the subscription partner shifted to Amazon after activation with auto-renew enabled... but you can and probably should turn this off.
I'm due for renewal in early 2024 and will add another year via this deal. I would add two or three at this price but it appears limited to one purchase per account and I don't feel like dealing with the hassle of purchasing and activating another via a family members amazon account.
You can check your existing O365/M365 sub expiration by logging into your Microsoft account > https://account.microso
Regardless of how much time you actually have left on your M365 subscription, the autorenew date at Amazon will show up exactly one year after activation of the subscription purchased with this deal. Also the future expiration info will disappear (for now) on your Microsoft account. However when you cancel the subscription, the one year of credit plus what ever you had left on any existing sub will show up on your Microsoft account after a day or two.... at least that has been my experience after when taking advantage of similar deals in years past. Also it's common to get an error during the initial activation process. However, if you try to run through activation a second time it will say the code has already been used. Also if you check / refresh your MS account subs page it will shift to showing Amazon as the Sub partner / manager.... so that's two ways to verify the activation code was accepted.
