$15 for the bits considering the packout alone cost $29.97. $105 for the MRSP does not make any sense.

Newbie question.... Does this set work with both the Milwaukee Drills/Drivers (M18 and M12) or is the set made for just the impact drivers? [I don't know if the hex system also works with the drills.]

This will work with both 1/4 hex impact drivers and normal chuck drills and hammer drills. The m18 and m12 driver/drill kits will work with this. Just a heads up depending on how much abuse you do to the bits in a chuck drill it could start deforming the shaft a bit and make them harder to get into the 1/4 hex impact driver. But you would need to really use them a lot and really beat them up for that to happen.
