Kenmore is a rebranded LG refrigerator. We bought a brand new Kenmore Elite refrigerator in 2019. Three weeks ago, it stopped cooling. We placed a service call and the tech said the compressor was shot. The repair cost would be between $1200 and $1500 as the fridge only came with a one year warranty. I normally don't do extended warranties as most of the time it's a waste of money. This one bit me in the butt. We replaced it with a Frigidaire and bought the longest warranty available because all appliances now days seem to be sh*tly made. Samsung and LG seem to have the worst reputation

To give you an idea typical sale prices for a fridge like this are around $1800-2100. Might be 100 more if you get black stainless. I would be all over this if I needed a fridge
