Both versions have a softer ride due to the change of strobel lining and are also a little lighter than version 21 with slightly better heel lockdown."

But shoe size is very YMMV. Some people are right in between sizes and can work with either. If you're going to wear them mostly as casual wear (i.e. not for running) then you'll probably be fine. If they will be your daily shoe, then I would go for your true size.
