Different models from this but I've had front a top load. Front is easier to get stuff in and out of if you buy the extra $ pedestal and also seems to use less water. Top load I have had comes with an agitator not impeller and it seems to clean better and use more water. The biggest issue I had with front load was despite always leaving the door open after use, the seal would get moldy and is hard to clean all the crevices and even with hand cleaning and those washer cleaners it still smelled and made the clothes smell also.

Seems like Costco is clearing out old stock. All these ".97" prices are clearance items.

No agitator, they have a model up from this with a removable agitator.

I just did the same. I had already done one price adjustment from $1,100 to $1,000 so I had to chat to adjust further. Now the set is no longer available for delivery in my area so I was worried they would not adjust the price. But the agent submitted the $200 credit so hopefully it will go through!
