Are there still any VPN deals like the old times to get Willow on an Indian IP address? I've just been living off of free stream sites and it's been decent but would hate to have it turn off at a big moment.

Cant stand the samosa and paratha ads on a loop on Sling. Will stick with iptv which has ad free streams

Does Sling or ESPN+ have the ability to do like a Live DVR catchup rewind (while the game is going on) ? Most games start at 4 eastern and wanted to see if there is an option of "start from beginning" from whatever time i want to start watching (B4 the game ends )

Yes it does but only after the entire game has ended (and might even require you wait few more hours). But then you can replay the match from the very beginning. This is how I have been watching all the games. This way, I get to fast forward the gaps (in between overs, outs, drinks, inning etc.).

I do the same with Sling/Willow too but here you can replay from beginning even in the middle of a live match.

I have both ESPN+ and Sling/Willow and like ESP+ for watching complete games as there are no/zero advertisements. Whereas, Sling is full of ads, most you can skip but they are now flooding with more and more non-skippable ads. But, I love Willow's game highlights, they do such a great job in summing up the whole game in those highlights. You don't feel like you missed much. ESPN+ match highlights don't have much substance, just ball after ball boundaries or outs.

Thank you very much. Just so I understood you, even if I catch the game, say at the start of the chase (2nd innings start), I cannot rewind it to the start of the game? I thought I could do that.. but I have to catch up to live b4 the game ends is what I thought as they may taken down the feed when the game ends and if I am still delayed and catching up, it will end suddenly. I could be wrong. Thanks for your response

Not only those (which are skippable if you delay start from beginning) but they are now flooding with those Air Heards and such ads that you have to watch, unbearable!
