In that thread, people were actually commenting on how in-store price was actually $2.50 and cheaper, so it was already discussed there.

Are the keys a rigid cap/plate structure or is it like a silicone form with maybe a piece of plastic inside as a ghetto stabilizer?

Bought this for $7 a few weeks ago, now $5 near me. This works great for the Steam Deck! Feels pretty durable too. Definitely worth the money. This keyboard supports 3 devices and it's real easy to switch between them.

Honestly, it feels very decent to type on this keyboard. Doesn't feel cheap at all.

I got mine for $5 at my walmart, still worth it, this thing is SOLID! Much better than the last one I had. Great response, great typing feel for such a small thing. Highly recommend.

the whole structure is quite solid, the keys are hard plastic of some kind, this thing weighs twice what you would expect from the look of it, very well made for the price.
