My trade in phone is stuck in this status for 10 days:
Moving Through Network
In Transit, Arriving Late
Departed USPS Regional Facility
NASHVILLE TN DISTRIBUTION CENTER ANNEX
Google is refusing to help as they say it is not delivered. USPS tells me that it was delivered a while ago. Thinking of returning the Pixel 7 - as tomorrow is the last day for the return.
The deal doesn't make sense without the trade in.

At this point it's a scam to use USPS - I don't care what the overall success rate is. I'm not saying UPS or FedEx are great carriers but you don't hear about stuff like this happening as often when phones are being returned/traded in.
