We have this and the Segway cart. The Segway is definitely better but this one holds it own. We haven't had one issue with it for 3 years. Sometimes the board itself will beep if the board isn't balanced. Overall it's been a great purchase and son has been using it from 3 years old to 6

I had a Jetson hoverboard with kart attachment shut off without warning going downhill at like 12mph. No stopping power. Had to use my shoes and the board to stop. Destroyed the charging port (and my shoes). FWIW customer service replaced it and the replacement has had zero problems so far, but still. Not something I would get for a child.
