AMD laptop processors have been better than Intel since the Ryzen 4000 series. Better performance, better battery life, a lot less heat and fan noise.

you checked with Dell about the Amex offer? Not trying to be a jerk, just want to make sure I am understanding you.

Pulled the trigger. Got emails for all 3 Amex offers (the two in OP post and the extra +1 mile offer) plus I should also get extra cash back from Dell for my first purchase on new account and a $30 bonus for first purchase + 2% back on one of the discount sites I won't name. All together giving me about $210+ back making this deal pretty slick
Can you tell me what the 1 mile offer is? I have the 50/100 & 120/599 offer but not familar with the1 mile offer?
Thanks in advance.

No, but I purchased on the night of October 12th, canceled at around 4 am of the 13th ofOctober. Dell sent out the shipped email on the 14th. Anyway, Amex's told me that I did not get the credit because I purchased through PayPal with my Amex card. That is a ripped off. The charge is on their credit card, PayPal is just provide me another layer of protection. Just let everyone what happened. Thanks,

Did you use two cards? Did you add anything else to the cart for a higher total? Thanks in advance.

How were you able to use both you and your wife's Business Platinum offers on one purchase? My husband and I both have Business Platinum and there are a lot of slick deals if we can use both our offers on one purchase
Edit: I totally misread that. lol Never mind

Have this laptop,
1. Cpu fan is too noisy
2. Ram is 1rx16 - most slowest you can get
3. Battery life is like 3-4 hours for normal use
4. On heavier side

On positive side started working faster after upgraded ram to 1rx8 32gb (2x16), 2rx8 would be even better but cost more…

But still planning to cell and get something else, as i need something with better battery life and slightly lighter

All 3 were in my Amex offers for 1 card. I did not add anything because the total was over 599 including tax.

I've never heard of anybody getting rejected on overlapping Amex offers. I got an $800 monitor for work earlier today and used the $40/200 and $50/100 (put $200 on my card) and used the $120/599 and $50/100 ($600 on my wife's card). Got the 6 emails — 4 for the cash backs and 2 for the extra points. Of course I haven't received the money yet, but I don't see why we wouldn't. Easy $260
Hi, does Dell allow you to pay with somebody else's credit card? I have a 10% off coupon and my sister has the Amex 50/100 and 120/599 offers and I'm wondering if I can place an order from my account (and apply the 10% coupon that was sent to me) and then pay with my sister's Amex card so she'll get the 2 amex cash back offers.

I dont know of any cash back promo that would work through PayPal unless the promo is specifically PayPal payments like Chase currently has (5% back all PayPal purchases).

They allowed me to use wife's, but we have same billing address. I didn't see a provision for a 2nd address but didn't dig very much. Guess you could try 🤷
Another possible option is to change your billing address with the other CC to match. I have 2 Citi card's and in my Citi profile I have one set to my work address so that when I use VANs I can just use the base card that has the address I want to use with the vendor.

Trying to decide between this model vs another one on slickdeals. For similar price, you could get 16" laptop with touch screen. I prefer 14" screen since seems more manageable but otherwise any other difference?

Well, I guess as long as you can see the 10% off coupon in your card. I don't think Amex care who because anybody can purchase as gift. With that said just be prepare to cancel the order if you don't see the Amex emails that congrad for use the enrolled offers. Amex send them out almost immediately.

I got the Dell XPS 13 (i5, 256GB,8 GB RAM which was discounted from $1000 to $750 already ) for $403 with tax by stacking R10 (15% cash back), 2 AMEX offers and 17% employee discount. So these definitely stack and make a slick deal for Dell purchases! I got my credits back on my statement too
