$250 for a 28" 4k Samsung is a slick deal, multiple LG/Samsungs in the last month at $300... Monoprice for $323 doesn't seem very good.
The difference is that this has a built-in USB hub, ultra thin bezels if you plan to multi-screen, 65W USB-C power delivery (that also accepts video input for your phone), and an IPS screen. It's amazing for its features.
My only one concern is if the color accuracy of the CrystalPro line compares to that of the Dell Ultrasharp series because I too have never head of this line.
The only downside I see on this so far:
Base looks really small/unstable for such a large monitor (but if you use VESA mounts, it shouldn't be a concern).
Screen only goes up to 250 nits, which isn't the brightest for those needing detailed color accuracy. For reference, most Dell Ultrasharps run 300-400 nits
This normally runs $360 so this is only a 10% discount - not really a deal per say, but I'd still say the monitor justifies its value as competitors with similar features will easily run you $400+

The Monoprice brand has an interesting story. there is actually a Planet Money (NPR) podcast episode about them. They source many of the same components that the name brands do and are essentially white label. If you search you can find reviews of this monitor and they are quite positive, especially for business use.

Well ya, I bought 4 of them back in February for $250 each. 4k, usb-c, hdmi, dp. LGs and other samsungs from 28-32" have been available periodically for the last 6 months in that $300 range.
250 nits definitely a deal breaker on this monitor. I have the 27UK650 which is actually cheaper than this monitor at the time of posting and at 350 nits I often want it brighter.
