Make sure you play the Triangle Strategy DEMO first. The game sucks. The visual "effects" look like garbage. And the audio acting sounds really badly forced & scripted. I wish they had just shown character portraits and used text only - it's THAT bad.
Really amazing game. It's almost as if different people like different genres of games. Imagine that! Smilie

LOL, I love the strategy RPG genre. But Triangle Strategy has been an abysmal appointment. It's a shame the indie developers are the ones who are actually getting it right!

Perfectly fine to keep supporting the indie developers then, right? Why would it be disappointing? Competition is what makes both sides better. Seems odd that you are hung up on your opinion of what a rpg should be as "right" while games you don't like are somehow getting it wrong.

You can continue to support games you like and there will still be plenty of us that support great games like Triangle Strategy.

I've warned players to download the DEMO first. And I totally stand by that. If a slickdealer gets all enthralled and rushes to pull the trigger because of some underwhelming "sale" then they might set themselves up for disappointment. They should try the demo 1st. If they love it, then great. They'll know exactly what they're getting. For me, the demo was super informative. I find the game to be a MASSIVE disappointment. And that demo saved me a nice chunk of money!

Disagree that it's a bad game but I do agree people might as well try the demo first. Pretty sure you can carry over your save from the demo too.

Same sale going on at Walmart too. Tried using a gift card to grab Metroid dread and Walmart keeps cancelling it. Why can't things just be easy at Walmart?

Don't anger nintendo fans lol lol if they put their symbol on a turd these people would still pay 60$ for it.
Stop upsetting them, they cannot hear anything that conflicts with official doctrine and dogma.

What next, exposing the truth that you don't need an expensive licensed and "OEM" charger with the Switch? That any (quality) USB C charger works just fine????

Agreed. Ive been buying $10 eshop gcs with the $5 monthly Gamestop coupons. So it would be additional 50% off to me.
I haven't heard of this. Is it available to everyone? So I need to subscribe to a service or newsletter to receive these monthly coupons?

It's part of Gamestop's Pro Membership. You pay $15 for the membership each year, but you get $5 to use each month.

Very good advice especially for Nintendo. I hesitate to buy games from their eshop that do not have a demo because they have the worst refund policy among all digital download stores. Most others offer refunds if you have played for < 2 hours within a 14 days.
Nintendo has a no refund policy all sales are final. That is a huge problem if you find out in 10 minutes for some reason you don't like the game.

Digital, for me, is fine for the little purchase, like Indie stuff. But for Metroid Dread, physical copy is the way to go for a few $$ more. Not that I don't trust Nintendo (I don't), but I can share those games.

Don't forget sometimes GameStop also offers a $15 sign up bonus to negate the membership fee.
